By accepting these terms and conditions, You are confirming that You are an authorized employee of User and are familiar with a written agreement between First American Title Insurance Company, a member of the Tennessee Webplant, and User for the provision and acceptance of services from the Tennessee Webplant (“Tennessee Webplant User Agreement”). The terms and provisions of the Tennessee Webplant User Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth and shall govern the use of the Tennessee Webplant and this website. The services provided by the Tennessee Webplant through this website shall be used solely for the issuance of title insurance commitments, preliminary reports for issuance of title insurance, title insurance guarantees, and policies of title insurance (and endorsements thereto) of First American Title Insurance Company or one of its affiliates, and for other non-insured products that are authorized by First American Title Insurance Company.
